Longmores team up with the Wild Life Trust
NEWS RELEASE
9th May 2006
Willing to Help Wildlife?
Longmores have teamed up with Wildlife Trusts to launch an initiative that could help protect wildlife for future generations. ‘Will for Wildlife Week’ (22-29th April) will help raise awareness of the benefits of writing a will and leaving a legacy to protect wildlife. This initiative will be run throughout May. We will be offering a discounted Will writing service to supporters of Hertfordshire and Middlesex Wildlife Trust (HMWT). Any member will be entitled to a 15% discount when Longmores are appointed to write your Will (please ask to speak to Robert France on 01992 300333 or Richard Horwood on 01920 484488).
Here in the South East of England, recent moves to increase housing and development on a massive scale make it even more vital to safeguard wildlife and wild places by adequately providing for their protection. By making it easier for wildlife supporters to make and update their wills, it is hoped that more people will help HMWT to fight for the protection of the countryside and wildlife of the two counties.
Donations in Wills have a significant impact the work that HMWT do, and there are also benefits for you, as any gift is exempt from inheritance tax.
Working with the charity we hope to encourage people to consider planning for their loved ones and also protecting wildlife for the future.
