Injunctions

Injunctions are orders of the court either compelling a party to take certain steps or restraining a party from taking certain steps, commonly in relation to commercial agreements.

Injunctions can be obtained as a matter of urgency before proceedings are started and without even notifying the party against whom the injunction is sought.
