Longmores, one of Hertfordshire’s leading firms of solicitors, has recently confirmed a high level change within their employment team. Catrin Mills, a Senior Solicitor who has been with the firm since 2009, has been appointed Partner.
Catrin originally trained at City firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain where she remained for five years. In 2005 Catrin moved to a regional firm to head up their employment department before joining Longmores in 2009. Catrin advises on all aspects of HR and employment law, including helping businesses with reorganisations, employee dismissals and grievances, redundancies and TUPE issues. She has also published two books on personal development for lawyers, and a study on employee engagement and conflict at work.
Anna Baptist, Senior Partner at Longmores, said: “We are delighted with Catrin’s addition to the partnership. She is a perfect fit for us and shares our commitment to providing clients with specialist legal solutions tailored to meet their needs. The depth of her experience is ideally suited to the many complex cases with which we deal.”
Commenting on the news, Catrin added: “I am thrilled to be joining the partnership at Longmores and the opportunity this provides to contribute towards the growth of the firm. This year promises to be an exciting one in terms of the firm’s development and it is great to be involved in driving this change.”
