Craig has spent the entire twelve years of his legal career based in Hertfordshire and London. In 2000 he qualified as a solicitor with a regional heavyweight firm where he became a partner in 2008 before joining Longmores as a partner in 2011. He is a specialised corporate and commercial lawyer and his main areas of work include:
* All aspects of share sales and acquisitions
* Drafting facility and security documents for banks
* Corporate joint ventures
* Share option arrangements
* Corporate finance transactions
* Business sales
* Shareholder agreements
* Share buybacks
Craig has a diverse client base, ranging from FTSE 250 companies to owner-managers of local businesses, many of whom he has represented for a considerable period of time.
