Catrin trained at City firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain where she worked for 5 years as an employment lawyer. In 2005 Catrin joined a regional firm to head up their employment department before joining Longmores in 2009. Catrin returned to Longmores after a short career break during which she published two books on personal development for lawyers, and a study on employee engagement and conflict at work. Catrin became a partner at Longmores in 2016. Catrin advises on all aspects of HR and employment law.
