Nichole runs the Department specifically for the Older Client within the Private Client Practice Area and has worked in this area of Law for over fifteen years.  She specializes in all matters relating to the older client including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work (including Deputyships and Statutory Wills), advising how care is funded by the Local Authority and the benefits that should be received, claims in respect of NHS Continuing Healthcare and other related subjects.
