Richard trained as a solicitor in central London and qualified in 1977. He joined Longmores in 1982 and became a partner in 1984. His main areas of practice are company and business sales and purchases and commercial property transactions. His clients range from owner managers to substantial companies in the acquisition and disposal of businesses and companies, and on the property side, include individual investors, joint ventures, local authorities and trading subsidiaries of PLCs.
