Partner and Head of Commercial Litigation and Employment
Richard joined Longmores in 1989 as a trainee solicitor and became a Partner in 2000. Richard is Head of Commercial Litigation and Employment. He specialises in High Court Commercial Litigation and Emergency Remedies (Injunctions). He has been appointed Supervising Solicitor in the High Court. Richard also specialises in all aspects of Employment Law and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. He is an accredited civil and commercial mediator.
